The Brady Building is a six-story, Class A office building located in the heart of Anchorage's legal district. Operating at one-hundred percent occupancy, the Brady Building provides 90,000 square feet of office space to licensed professional tenants, including the State of Alaska Attorney General.

In addition to the covered parking provided underneath the Brady Building, tenants have access to the Captain Cook Hotel parking garage and to nearby surface parking lots.
