Tenants – Contact Maintenance
The maintenance department is available to provide all facets of maintenance services and can be contacted by phone or e-mail. Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
If there is an emergency situation after office hours, a building staff person will be paged through our answering service by calling our main office number 907-564-2400.
